The aggregate value of my liquid assets exceeds NIS8,364,177 (liquid assets include: cash, deposits, interests in investment funds that are not registered in Israel, traded securities and financial assets as defined in the Regulation of Investment Advising, Investment Marketing and Investment Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995).Had an individual income in excess of NIS1,254,627 in each of the two most recent years, or the income of my family unit was in excess of NIS1,881,940 in each of those years.The total value of my liquid assets exceeds NIS5,227,610 and my income exceeds NIS627,313 in each of the two most recent years, or the income of my family unit exceeds NIS940,969 in each of those years.None of the above.

For the purpose of this declaration, an “accredited investor” shall mean, an individual, who satisfies at least one of the following: (1) The aggregate value of the liquid assets I own exceeds NIS8,364,177 (cash, deposits, interests in investment funds that are not registered in Israel, traded securities and financial assets as defined in the Regulation of Investment Advising, Investment Marketing and Investment Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995); or (2) My income in each of the two most recent years exceeds NIS1,254,627, or the income of the family unit I belong to exceeds of NIS1,881,940; or (3) The total value of the liquid assets I own exceeds NIS5,227,610, and my income in each of the two most recent years exceeds NIS627,313 or the income of the family unit I belong to exceeds NIS940,969.None of the above.
