Ben Sternberg serves as Senior Associate of Acquisitions and Data Technology in Buligo’s Philadelphia office. His primary real estate responsibilities include sourcing new industrial acquisitions and building company relationships in the Northeast and Midwest. On the technology side, he intends to incorporate dedicated software and enhanced data utilization into Buligo’s acquisition process, including rapid underwriting methodologies, off-market sourcing approaches, and a data-driven platform for market understanding and deal identification.

Mr. Sternberg brings nearly 10 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, and technology.  Prior to joining Buligo, he was product owner in the JLL Technologies Capital Markets Quants division (Skyline AI), responsible for the multifamily side of JLL “Horizon”, an AI-based lead generation software heavily used by JLL’s Capital Markets producers. Prior to that, he worked at REIGO Investments, a startup focused on AI-based underwriting of single-family and multifamily debt.

Mr. Sternberg also served as an associate at Endurance Real Estate Group, where he was part of a team that acquired $115M of industrial property in eight transactions in the Greater Philadelphia Region, along with disposition and refinancing transactions greater than $130M. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.
