Ziva Samoilov is a Project Manager at Buligo Capital. Her primary responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced information systems, as well as managing automation and AI integration initiatives to optimize organizational processes and drive efficiency across departments. Additionally, Ziva plays a key role in supporting the company’s IT and information security strategies. Prior to joining Buligo, Ms. Samoilov held roles in leading international organizations, where she successfully managed development projects and led large-scale, cross-organizational implementation initiatives that enhanced efficiency, streamlined workflows and improved overall organization performance. Ms. Samoilov holds a B.A in Information Systems Management (with Honors) from MLA– The Center of Academic Studies. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and specializes in applying agile management techniques to achieve strategic goals.
