  • Prioritizing projects that promote sustainable building practices, energy efficiency, and resource conservation. For example, we have implemented LED lighting upgrades and enhanced HVAC systems across multiple properties to reduce energy consumption.
  • Giving preference to developments that pursue green building certifications and high environmental standards.
  • Exploring solar investment opportunities across our portfolio and enhancing renewable energy initiatives. A notable example is our solar PV installation at Ironwood, in South Carolina, which delivers meaningful energy savings while contributing to our sustainability goals.
  • Promoting waste reduction, water conservation, and the use of environmentally responsible materials in construction.

Social Impact

  • Contributing to affordable and workforce housing, fostering inclusive communities, and promoting tenant well-being through accessibility, safety, and health-focused features. For example, at Tribute Verdae, we designated a portion of units as affordable housing to support workforce tenants.
