Adi Grinberg is the Chief Financial Officer of Buligo where he oversees the financial operations and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining Buligo, Mr. Grinberg was the CFO of Aurec Capital Ltd, a real estate-focused, international investment group where he specialized in investment analysis, financing, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Aurec Capital, Mr. Grinberg worked at Denham Capital, a large US-based private equity fund that invests in energy projects world-wide, where he served as CFO to their Israeli division. Prior to working at Denham Capital, Mr. Grinberg was the CFO of GTC SA’s Eastern European office. GTC SA is a European real estate investment company listed on the Warsaw stock exchange with a $2B valuation and is a subsidiary of an investment group on the Euronext and TASE. Early in his career, Mr. Grinberg worked for five years as an audit manager with EY Israel. Mr. Grinberg is an Israeli CPA and holds a BA in Business Management & Accounting and a LLM from Bar Ilan University.
