Hanna Pri-Zan was elected to Buligo Capital’s board of directors in November 2021 and serves on its Audit Committee, Financial Statements Approval Committee (aka Balance Committee), and Compensation Committee. Ms. Pri-Zan is a prominent figure in Israel’s finance and nonprofit sectors. She held leadership positions at Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s leading bank, over several decades. She served on the Board of Management for nine years followed by seven years as board chairperson for Peilim Portfolio Management, the bank’s investment subsidiary. Earlier in her career with Bank Hapoalim, she held numerous senior roles related to foreign securities trading, derivatives activity, and advisory services. Ms. Pri-Zan is the Chairman of the Board of Israel Experience, a subsidiary of the Jewish Agency that oversees educational tourism for young Jews worldwide. She was the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Tel-Hai College and is a member of the Board of Friends of the Israel Museum, Israel Cycling Federation and several others. Ms. Pri-Zan is also a popular columnist and television personality, dedicated to financial literacy, with a focus on women financial management. Included amongst her many philanthropic activities is her role as a mentor for the Cross-Mentoring Program for Women in Luxemburg. Ms. Pri-Zan also has vast experience as a board member for financial institutions. For nine years, she served on the board of the Zarasai Group Ltd, a division of Weiner’s Pinnacle Group, one of the largest residential income-producing real estate companies in New York City, and for several years she served on the board of directors of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Ms. Pri-Zan earned a BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, she holds a pension counselor license from the Israeli Ministry of Finance and an Advisor’s License from the Israel Securities Authority.
