Ran Preis brings a diverse and well-rounded skillset, spanning acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management. Mr. Preis joined Buligo in 2024 as VP, Acquisitions and Asset Management to head Buligo’s industrial platform on all of its many facets including acquisitions, operations, and strategy. Prior to joining Buligo, Mr. Preis headed acquisitions at ALTO, a private real estate fund that is focused on ground up industrial developments and open-air shopping centers acquisitions in major markets across Texas and Southeast. Prior to ALTO, Mr. Preis spent two years with Edmond de Rothschild Investment Services, and three years with Deloitte auditing leading public and private real estate companies in Israel. Mr. Preis is a certified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting and Master of Science in Management, both from Tel Aviv University.
