Uri Rubin was elected to Buligo Capital’s board of directors in November 2021. Mr. Rubin has two decades of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Shaked Partners, a Tel Aviv-based private debt fund launched in 2016. Prior to establishing Shaked Partners, Mr. Rubin founded and led Brosh Capital, a hedge fund specializing in distressed bonds. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rubin also founded Giza Capital Markets and served as CEO of Excellence Nessuah Underwriting, a boutique investment banking firm offering financial advisory and underwriting services. Mr. Rubin holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and an LLB from Reichman University.
