Andrew Randolph joined Buligo in July 2025 and is responsible for the strategic oversight, financial performance, and execution of key business plans across Buligo’s U.S. industrial portfolio. Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Randolph will serve as Senior Industrial Asset Manager and will play a key role in driving value through proactive asset management, operational improvements, and optimized market performance. Prior to joining Buligo, Mr. Randolph served as Director of Asset Management at Faropoint, where he led the management of industrial assets. He brings a strong background in portfolio strategy, tenant relations, and investment performance. Mr. Randolph holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Temple University and is currently pursuing his Certified Property Manager (CPM) accreditation.
