Avital Bar Dayan was elected to Buligo Capital’s board of directors in November 2021 and serves on its Audit Committee, Financial Statements Approval Committee (aka Balance Committee), and Compensation Committee. Ms. Bar Dayan has over twenty years of experience in senior management positions at leading public companies, specializing in capital markets, financing, and credit risk assessment. She currently leads a financial consulting practice advising in the capital markets. Ms. Bar Dayan also serves as a board member for several publicly traded firms. Previously, Ms. Bar Dayan held the position of Head of Financing and Investor Relations at IDB Group, one of Israel’s major investment and holding companies. She also played a pivotal role as one of the founders and senior executives at Midroog, the Israeli branch of Moody’s, a leading global credit ratings firm. Ms. Bar Dayan holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and a BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
