Gal Samionov is Buligo Capital’s IT Manager and Project Manager. Gal leads enterprise technology strategy and day-to-day operations across infrastructure and cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, data integrations, vendor management, and employee support. Working closely with Buligo’s investment, finance, and asset-management teams, Gal delivers secure, reliable systems and process improvements that enable scale and compliance. Gal also leads firm-wide AI implementation—identifying, piloting, and fine-tuning AI solutions tailored to the firm’s needs across departments. Prior to joining Buligo, Gal held technology and program leadership roles at Quantum Vision and HYBRID, focusing on modernizing internal platforms, automating workflows, and driving measurable outcomes. Gal holds professional certifications including PMP and Full-Stack Development.
