Asset Management Associate
Haidee Chiat is a member of Buligo’s Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Ms. Chiat’s primary responsibilities include deal reviews, financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Buligo, Ms. Chiat was an investment analyst at a leading financial services company in South Africa where she was involved in asset allocation decisions, portfolio construction and management, equity analysis, fund selection and due diligence. Ms. Chiat brings a deep understanding of financial analysis and of real estate on both a macro and micro level. Ms. Chiat is a Chartered Financial Analyst through the CFA Institute, and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Management Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand and an Honors in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg.
