Associate Vice President, Industrial Acquisitions
Henry Cornell serves as Associate Vice President of Industrial Acquisitions, leading acquisition efforts in Texas, the Carolinas, and the Mid Atlantic. Mr. Cornell’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, and investment due diligence. Prior to joining Buligo he was a Senior Associate at Fundrise where he helped acquire, manage, and lease over 3M SF of warehouses. Fundrise is one of the 50 largest real estate private equity investors in the world by annual deployment. Mr. Cornell also worked at Newmark Knight Frank in multifamily debt underwriting and at Gilbane Building Company as a construction project engineer. Mr. Cornell holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia.
