Monica DeFruscio, based in Philadelphia, is a member of Buligo’s Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Ms. DeFruscio is responsible for monitoring and executing investment strategies and business plans, and asset management of Buligo’s industrial portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeFruscio was an Asset Manager at Morgan Properties, managing a portfolio of 30 multifamily assets across the mid-Atlantic where she was responsible for the completion of large value add investments.  Ms. DeFruscio also worked at CB Richard Ellis where she managed over 1.5M square feet of office and industrial assets.  Ms. DeFruscio received her BBA in Business Management from Temple University and is licensed in PA as a Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Commission. Monica is also a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Greater Philadelphia.
