Investor Relations Associate
Rephael Germon joined Buligo in 2022 as an Investor Relations Associate. His primary responsibilities include investor relations and fundraising. Prior to joining Buligo, Mr. Germon served as a legal trainee at Shimonov & Co. where he worked with listed real estate companies in the field of capital markets and securities. In addition to his legal background, Mr. Germon has extensive experience in stakeholder representation, having worked as a lobbyist for a leading firm in Israel that represents the interest of companies from various industries in the Israeli government and parliament. Mr. Germon is also involved with several non-profit organizations focused on the welfare and development of IDF Lone Soldiers. He established a housing initiative for Israeli lone soldiers and has formulated and promoted a policy with significant impact on the efforts of lone soldiers of ultra-orthodox background to integrate into Israeli society and workforce. Mr. Germon holds a LLB in Law and MA of Law, Technology, and Innovations from Reichman University (formerly IDC).
