Shahar Signer is a member of Buligo’s Acquisitions and Asset Management team. Mr. Signer’s primary responsibilities include financial analysis, investment due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Buligo, Mr. Signer was a Manager at KPMG Israel’s Transfer Pricing practice where he provided financial services to multinational companies, focusing on the pricing of related-party transactions. Mr. Signer holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, and a M.A. in Financial Economics from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
